About the Workout Charts
The workout charts come in two basic varieties, plain and lined. The weight/rep boxes in the lined charts have a diagonal line dividing the box into triangles for recording the weight and reps or set duration, and a smaller box in the upper right corner for recording the sequence the exercises are performed in, if other than the sequence listed on the chart.

Some workout charts have an additional row under the Date to record the session number and/or trainer as well as a lined space for medical information or notes. These are labelled Trainer charts. Some of the trainer charts have slightly narrower rows than the standard versions.

Print your workout charts on heavy card stock to better resist wrinkling
and tearing. Use different colored card stock for different types
of charts for quick and easy identification. |
